By accessing or using the RaveFlow website (raveflow.io) and signing up for early access, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or sign up.

RaveFlow is operated by AllClients, LLC ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Pre-Launch Status

Important: RaveFlow is currently in pre-launch/development phase. The product does not yet exist. By signing up for early access:

  • You are expressing interest in the product concept
  • You are not purchasing or subscribing to any service
  • There is no guarantee the product will launch as described
  • We may modify, delay, or cancel the product at any time without liability
  • Early access benefits (pricing, features, timing) are subject to change

3. Early Access Signup

When you sign up for early access:

  • You agree to receive email updates about RaveFlow's development and launch
  • You may be invited to participate in surveys or beta testing (optional)
  • You can unsubscribe from emails at any time with no penalty
  • No payment is required at this time
  • Your signup does not obligate you to purchase or use RaveFlow when it launches

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information during signup
  • Use automated tools (bots) to submit multiple signups
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Use the website for any unlawful purpose
  • Spam or harass us or other users

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the RaveFlow website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of AllClients, LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute our content without permission.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE AND EARLY ACCESS SIGNUP ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We make no guarantees about:

  • The accuracy of information on the website
  • The product's eventual features, pricing, or availability
  • The timing of product launch
  • Whether the product will meet your expectations

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AllClients, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or participation in early access.

Since no payment is required and no product currently exists, your maximum liability exposure is limited to the time spent on our website.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove you from the early access list at any time
  • Terminate or suspend access to the website
  • Cancel the RaveFlow project entirely

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or by posting a notice on our website. Your continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Nevada.
